DIRECTIONS FOR SPROUTING Soak your Snow Pea seeds for 8-12 hrs., drain and sprout in a jar, bag or sprouter, rinse 2-3 times daily and grow until 0.5-2.0cm long. Snow Peas can be grown in seed boxes for cutting as peas shoots too.

Snow Peas can be grown in seed boxes for cutting as peas shoots too. Just sprinkle seeds on a thin layer of soil and cover with sand or soil and keep moist until they are 10 cm high. You can then nip the growing points for your salads. SNOW PEA SPROUTS CONTAIN: VITAMINS: A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, B15, B17, C. K, choline, folic acid, inositol, PABA. MINERALS: boron, calcium, chromium, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium, sulphur, zinc.
