Germination is aided by storing the seed in the fridge
for 10-30 days prior to planting. Planting Instructions:
Depth of seed 0.5-1cm deep Spaced 8-10cm apart.
Rows 35-50cm apart Sowing Time:  Tropics from Mar
to May. Subtropics from Feb to Sep. Temperate from
Jul to Mar. Cold areas from Aug to Feb
Parsnips do not like extremely hot weather and they
will do very well in frosty conditions. Frost changes
the sugars in the plant making them sweeter.
