In warm climates, grow mostly in winter, in cooler zones grow through spring and autumn. Uplandcress prefers a moist soil but does not need inundation at all. It is perrenial and tolerates very cool conditions. It is great grown in a pot or tub that can be kept moist. Sow the seeds by placing them on constantly damp seed raising mix with some lime added and transplant to a permanent position when the seedlings are approx 8cm tall. From then on apply high nitrogen, soluble plant food every two weeks from spring to late summer.
