DIRECTIONS FOR SPROUTING To sprout broccoli seeds they first need to be soaked 4-8 hrs. sprout in a jar, sprouter, bag, tray or on a saucer. You will need to rinse seeds 2-3 times each day and sprouts will be edible in 5-7 days. Consume the sprouts when the shoots reach 2-5 cm long. use in salads, sandwiches, pita, coleslaw, sauerkraut
