Broccoli has been known in Europe since Roman times but has only become widely popular in Australia in the last few decades. Broccoli is high in vitamins C, K and A, as well as dietry fibre. It also contains multiple nutrients with potent anti-cancer properties. Broccoli has been found to reduce the risk of aggressive prostate cancer.
