DIRECTIONS Soak the seeds in a jar or bag for 6-12 hours, rinse 2-3 times per day for 2-4 days and use when shoots are 0.5-1 cm long. Barley is also great when grown for grass juice by planting in a soil tray and cutting the barley when the grass is 10-15 cm high.
